Most recently as Managing Partner and founder of the KPMG’s Japan Consulting Practice as well as a role as Chief Digital Officer of KPMG Japan, which consist of audit, tax and advisory practices. He established the local consulting practice of KPMG in 2011 from green field and has developed it to the volume of 700 headcount and 100 Million USD of yearly revenue. In addition to business start-up and management of consulting practice, he has gained extensive experience in the financial services industry across sub-sectors. He also worked at Deloitte (both at old and new ones) and PwC Consulting (currently IBM GBS) on a range of operational and strategic issues, including M&A, standing up new organizations, marketing strategies, organizational transformation, financial management and IT transformation.
